The Villa Florida & Dependance is located near the German-Austrian boarder, just 15 km from Salzburg. The bus stop to Salzburg is 150 metres from your doorstep. The popular winter sports and holiday destination of Berchtesgaden and Berchtesgaden National Park are just 15 km away. On request, the hotel offers a transfer service from the Bayerisch-Gmain railway station and Salzburg Airport.

Daily room cleaning is not included in the price, but this can be booked for a small daily surcharge.

The indoor swimming pool will be out of use from 01 November 2009.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
